New pattern I have been working on, now to get it typed. Pretty colors for spring.

Now to get busy on a blanket and sweater set for boys, there is never enough

donations for boys.

While Cindy was home on break from collage we did a little sewing for the babies
there is 67 fleece Newborn hats completed, 10 Preemie fleece sleep sacks and 19 Newborn fleece sleep sacks completed, lots more cut out and a lot more to cut, so taking a break from crocheting.
School starts back Monday so it will go a little slower but I think it is a good start.

fit a newborn.

Jessi has written a new pattern for a burial gown, actually it is a variation of the Original

pattern, by using an "G" hook mine was small enough to fit 1-3 # and an " H " hook fit 3-5#

so according to your tension you could even use an D, E or F hook.

The reason I say this because I use an Susan Bates hook, but others useing an Boye can

use smaller hooks....So try it out, no one likes making these but they are needed, and it should be a blessing to send an Angel home in something beautiful...

I am still crocheting for the babies and working on new patterns.....When I got the new
puter....guess what....my camera is not compatiable with Windows 7....and I am on dialup
so have to something else....have I not had a year.....lol....but hop on over to Danettes place
to see all the sweaters coming in and Karen has a new pattern up that I think you will like.
I will get the camera thing resolved soon.....I promise.....Keep the hooks and needles
going for the wee ones.....

It sure has been a long time. Computer went by the wayside, had to get a new one, lol...had to wait on the money....anyone else have that problem....lol...I have been sick , seems like forever, on the mend I hope...
.Daughter Cindy(38) has gone to college, better late than never. Needless to say a lot of changes are going on, I didn't quit crocheting, still needy babies out there and the homeless, can't forget them, may be us tomorrow in this economy....
So.....as soon as I get the camera installed on th puter will post some pics....and have a new pattern in the works.....

This my first attempt at a blog, seems like everyone is doing it....

I usually crochet but since having shoulder problems, I decided to drag out the ole monster sewing machine(1985 Golden Touch & Sew but works good) and try my hand at these adorable fleece hats, the pattern is from http://www.little-chickadee-crafts.com/ they are super easy and fast, will try to add a picture of the first 30. Well I had better get back to the machine before it cools off...lol
